SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Please be advised that files that do not adhere to these guidelines may be deemed invalid. We wIll not report back to you should there be any problems with your entry.

File Specifications
Size: please refer to the template provided
Resolution: 72 dpi
File Type: JPG (do not send TIF, PSD, GIF, BMP)
Color Mode: RGB
File Size: 5 Mb maximum (our form will not allow any file bigger than this)

The above stated requirements are for submission only. If your design is selected, you will need to convert the file to hi-resolution.

Number of Entries
There are no restrictions to the number of entries per person, but each entry must be submitted separately using the submission form and accompanied by a title and description of your design.

Submitting Your File
Do not e-mail your file. Please use the submission form. All fields in the submission form must be filled up, and ensure that all your particulars are accurate and valid.

Schedule
This campaign is open from now till 23 November 2009. Last submission must be received by 11.59pm of 23 November 2009.

Restrictions
This campaign is open to all except HTC staff and the employees of its creative agencies.

Copyright
Please ensure that your designs are original and that you have paid for or are licensed to used any fonts, stock photos, clip arts and other third party images that you may have used on your design. HTC and Garskin will not be liable for any copyright infringement.

Ownership 
By submitting, you grant HTC and Garskin the right to reproduce your design/artwork on our respective web sites and for other promotional uses. Full credit to each design owner will be given. In case of publishing on a separate platform (books, magazines, etc.), we will contact you for further permission.
